Choose Insight LLC provides consulting, training and coaching to individuals, teams and leaders in businesses and organizations of all types and sizes. My primary goal is to help clients develop the essential emotional intelligence and power skills most in demand today so they can accelerate personal growth, enhance relationships and promote positive workplace cultures.
The primary tool I use to guide my clients is the Enneagram—a personality-type system that presents multiple layers of understanding and depth. For several decades, it has been successfully integrated into leadership and business programs throughout the world. In the last decade, it has become even more widely known and applied.
In 2022, I served on a team of Enneagram professionals who developed a global survey to determine the impact of the Enneagram in organizations. The survey results highlight a variety of the remarkable benefits of using the Enneagram for individual, team and leadership growth and improvement.

I'm a Certified Enneagram instructor. My diverse background includes 25+ years in leadership positions in a variety of industries and organizations. I've practiced law and worked in executive posts developing innovative high-tech products and managing large cross-functional projects. I'm known for being reliable, thorough, upbeat—and innovative. I can promise that our work together will be full of aha moments.
